Firstly if you take away the stylistic elements of the Prequel duels the moves are actually quite realistic and practical. Yes they are over choreographed but at least they are as fast as they need to be.

Yes ROTJ had a slow start but it was unavoidable due to the predicament of the last film and I doubt you could think of a way to handle it better.

How is the Force Awakens not better than the Empire strikes back?

The only reasons you have said so far is that you think that acting is better and the sword fighting was more realistic.
