I agree with CooliestRap - some of these achievements are ridiculous. 'Flash of light' for instance - it is next to impossible to get one kill with what is possibly the most pathetic grenade in the game, and that's ignoring the fact that you can only start with one of them!!! 'I thrust at thee' as well. The thrust pack is so worthless it's almost laughable. You could trip over a rock and travel further than you could with the thrust pack, and now you need to use that to get an achievement?! And don't get me started on the 'Bigfoot' achievement from Crimson. I'm sorry, but these achievements spoil the fun of Halo. You must grind, or boost (which I am seriously contemplating) to get them. And I seriously doubt that is the point. I always thought achievements were there to challenge players and push them to their limit, but it seems that these serve no point other than to force the players aiming for 100% to utilize the rubbish put into this game, because the developers feel they should be used. The pride I felt from getting 100% after the Crimson Map Pack has gone completely. I spent hours working on that, with it's pathetic achievements, and now I find I'm having to do that unfavorable slog all over again? No thanks, I'll stick to something fun - which is what gaming is all about.
