From that rumor posted yesterday, pretty sure we will have them, but they will be modified weapons probably.

That is actually not true. The weapons he can salvage from the ship he will use. Also there might be UNSC fractions at the place he is at so they will have some human weapons probably.

Where's the proof about Forge? I heard nothing about that.
It was proved exsisting when they said match making is running on Reach's Code, so that means each map is fully loaded with forge, custom games, theater, etc,
