Dear lord, laggy lag lag.

I am lagging in every wargame I play. I am almost 100% sure its not the internet connection. What can I do?

I really need help, I'm lagging horribly in every wargame I play. I've had maybe 4 games where I didnt lag much. What do I do? It's not my internet connection, or at least I dont think it is, I think it's either the game or console..
