This is a HUGE issue. I don't get any credit for anything I do in campaign, no commendations, and I just beat the Legendary campaign on solo and did not unlock the Chief's armor. I beat over half the campaign connected to Xbox Live, yet I get absolutely no credit on my service tag for any of it. It's one thing to not receive any commendations (even when I am connected to Xbox Live), but it's another thing to deny my profile of all records and rewards relating to my service record. I'm hugely disappointed in 343 Industries, because Bungie was always such a community-oriented developer and many of the same employees are on this team. They have made such a great game in Halo 4, but have such a huge and widespread flaw in the design, yet do not offer any customer service options for contacting them about these issues.
