I'm in the same boat as you. =/ Basically, did you ever finish a level with Xbox LIVE disconnected? It happened to me for three levels and I don't have it. You need all campaign commendations, which include just beating each mission on Legendary.

I recently beat the campaign solo Legendary, but I had noticed that my LIVE connection cut out during three missions, so I didn't get the commendation for them. Can I start from the latest Rally Point, or do I have to play through again? (I'm thinking it might be the whole level though, but it's worth asking I guess)
