I'm having the same problem. I try to bring up my service tag and it says that either the 343 servers are overloaded or I'm in 'offline' mode. I think it might be due to the high volume of people playing. Its really effing annoying since your personal loadouts are what makes the new multiplayer experience good. It worked once and placed my service rating at 7 but then went back to SR1. Mine is not 'reseting' per say since on my local machine says I'm at SR7, but it isn't detecting it online.
