The elite tried to grab Ty, and he was successful. It delivered 3 brutal punches to th ODST's face.

The Arbiter swept Ty's feet out from under him causing him to fall, then he grabbed the ODST by the neck and threw him against the wall. ((After we do the fight, let's focus on the flashback for a little. If you don't want to, that's fine.))

((I'll be the Arbiter class elite.)) "Wow, Ty. That was amazing. And I said duck down when they are really close, but... now you are taking on an Arbiter? Tough stuff." Anton said. The elite charged Ty, sending in 3 quick knees to the ODSTs chest, then giving him an upper-cut that sent him to the top of the arena. Anton watched as the two battled it out. It was quite amazing.

Nobody likes it?

"You'll get your assignment soon. We have no plans because we are still recovering." Anton said.

Anton stood a top the holographic table thinking of how the flood kill almost half their crew.

Ares Academy Ireland Earth "Thank you for your plan. I hope you and your team made their decision well." Ares said. Then he turned to the rest of the crowd. "In 5 minutes, the simulated battle will begin, and some of you will fail. Also, noting that it is a week long, and 200 cadets are on each side, no respawns. ((Like D-38 Boss said, make sure you tell which timeline you are posting in)) Ares stood at the briefing auditorium, ready to accept plans for the simulated battle.

(SykoWolf, We are in a flashback. Go to page 37 and read my posts. From this point on until it the flashback is done, you are RPing as a younger Bauer at the Academy.)) Ares looked at Sarah. "You are on the ODST team. Now get to it. The Higher-Up ODSTs want you at a plan meeting for the exercise."

Ares appeared on the holographic table in the middle of the cafeteria. "Hello cadets! As you know, I'm Ares, the Academy A.I.. Me, The Academy Director, and the Simulations Team agreed on setting up a HUGE battle. Cadet Marines VS Cadet ODSTs. This will test your strength, skills, and leadership. However, this is no mere Slayer match." Some of the marines groaned and Ares continued. "The battle will last 1 week, in a HUGE simulated forest that will require you to camp, find food, and protect your teammates. The enemy team could attack at any point, simulated day or simulated night. But most of all, this will test your survival skills. "Each team will have 4 different divisions. Assault, Precision, Back-Up, and Commanders. You have 4 hours to make up your plan to victory, if you so desire. The winning team's best soldiers will get free 100s in every class, budging you up the ladder from a 1-1 Cadet, to a 1-2 Cadet, thus allowing you for more freedom in class choice, and more challenging projects. But enough of that. Make your plans and report to the Simulated Arena in 4 hours. Good luck!" Ares finished with content, noting that Marines separated from ODSTs forming team-only tables. His speech was done, and he waited on the table for lunch to be over.

Ares 11:04 Academy Management One of the Education Coordination Officers slammed his fist against the table. "Our cadets are failing! Grades aren't as high as they used to be! How do we fight the Covenant if we can't get anymore soldiers? We have... three graduating cadets! We should have at least 15. This is outrageous." The Head Instructor spoke. "Our teachers are of the highest quality! We have nothing to do with it." Another of the Coordinators opened his mouth, angry. "For all we know the instructors could be horrible. You could just be trying to secure your position as Head Instructor!" The Management team squabbled on and on until finally the Academy Director yelled at the top of his lungs. "SILENCE! We will find a way to get more graduates. Right now is a hard time. Ares has a suggestion." The Managers looked over to the A.I.. "Science, Battle Preparation, Leadership, and Shooting are key to graduating. But that is not cutting it. We need more combat situations! If they learn the skills, they need to apply them in battle. Maybe that way they will get better grades to graduate." Ares said. The others grumbled and mumbled amongst themselves. "Dismissed." The Academy Director said sternly. The Managers got up, and walked back to their quarters. Ares disappeared and prepared his speech for the cadets.

((The one you referenced to.)) "Oh nothing. Pretty boring overseeing everything." Ares said quietly. Then he noticed Ty's paper. "Getting straight A's again? How are the others doing? I'll bet they will never pass. The only person I'd worry about is Sergeant Cortez." The A.I. pointed to the tall soldier getting slapped in the face by a girl for trying to flirt. The others in his gang laughed. Cortez shut them up with a quick snap and then they walked off. "You had best get to your Science class. Today you learn about..." Ares looked at the schedule. "How charged plasma bolts take down your shields. Off you go! Have fun. Careful of Cortez, he just got transfered to your Science class. And don't be late for lunch, I have a special announcement to make." Ares finished with a sigh.

Anton appeared on the bridge. "I'm here to answer your questions." He said. "Sir, when do we get our first mission?" One asked. "Where are our barracks?" Another one chimed. "All information about missions, schedules, and barrack location should be found on your datapad." Anton replied. The questioning soldiers looked at their datapads and ran off. Anton began to search the Infinity crew history files.... ----------------------------------------- ((So this, will be a flashback for a little bit in the RP. You can be the same character, just you are at the Academy. The older ones, like Delreuse, should just be high ranked cadets about the graduate. I'm going to be an older A.I. named Ares. This is just to experience your backstories a little bit more.)) Ares watched as cadets ran along the hallways and firing at the shooting range. The academy was always so busy...

Anton appeared in the medbay. "How are you doing Logan? Consider you two, the Hazard Couple."

"Alright... systems back online...good! Everything is working now." Anton exclaimed. "I hope it stays that way," He muttered.

Now that Nova was... gone, The Lead UNSC A.I. Anton seized this opportunity to come back online. He could have, if he wanted to. The Oracle had just shut him down. "Hello everyone. My name is Anton, and I'm the A.I. for the ship. The Admiral will debrief you all once he gets his thoughts together."

"You know why I'm named Nova right? After a supernova, the death of a star." Nova turned red, and a flash of light tore through the systems, destroying any technological thing. However, Nova disappeared.

"We found the Oracle, maybe you want to imprison him or something, talk about it, dismantle-" The Spartan almost finished, but Nova bolted into the air, his photo-receptor bright red. His laser vaporized the Spartan, and a marine popped in. Taking note of the non-visored helmet, Nova used his Technokinesis to throw two pencils into the marine's eyes, making him fall to the ground. ((I'm not gonna say "Using his Technokinesis" I'm just gonna say "Nova chucked/launched/threw an (object) at something" for easier posts whenever he uses his Technokinesis))

(Ah.)) Nova needed to find more about the ship. There has to be a database somewhere... He thought as he scanned the information. CLANK! A Spartan's fist impacted with Nova's photo-receptor, turning it off and sending him to the ground. The Spartan picked the sphere up and knocked on the Admiral's door. "Sir, we got him. Please open up so we can discuss." After he said that Ty was banging on the door to the Admiral's study.

((Does or doesn't? Can't tell if it is a typo.)) Nova flew off to see the destination they were going to.

"Already done." Nova replied. Throughout the ship, the lights flickered. Auto turrets began to kill any Covenant forces that got in the way, and Infinity left Requiem. "Better now?"

Nova looked at the Admiral. "Love is an illusion. Don't let your allies take you away from your objective," He shot his laser at a flood combat form. "It will only be your downfall. And... actually it seems that was the end of the flood spores. They no longer exist in this ship. What do you suggest now, Admiral?"

Oooh...

(( I'm guessing that post was to explain all the things I did wrong? Because it sure as hell looks like it)) "To save the ship, of course! Wouldn't you know that?" Nova exclaimed.

"Well, I could actually fire it now and kill all of you, but I won't. And that pistol, nothing." Nova said. Some Sentinels uncloaked in the room. "I have tasked them with guarding Logan. Nothing will happen to him. Now, off we go!" The Oracle raced out of the room.
