Halo is always going to be better than any cod game. because: you get to drive vehicles cod you can't get in any vehicles, new weapons every game release, one or more vehicles, aliens, futuristic weapons, you don't die first if you get shot at a person and shoot back then get you die first, you don't get killed when you get shot in the hand or foot OR EVEN THE TOE!!!!, etc...

Black Ops has more fans but Halo fans are more passionate

Halo has a better story,it's overall better.However,its competitive and fun factors are gone.At least playing COD blackops 2 i can have alot more fun.Ordnance,random map spawns (Can't tell you how many times i've spawned in front of rockets at the very beginning of a match) and some of the armor abilities have ruined it for me.I don't enjoy it.It doesn't matter if i win or lose.That is really sad for me to say.I've been a Halo fan since all those years ago in 2001.343 need to understand.Halo CE and Halo 3 were the best for a reason.

all the halos are good except 4 i give halo a 2 out of 10

I don't care about how many people are playing CoD. What I do care about is why Halo has lost it's touch. There are fewer people playing H4 after a few weeks then in H3 after a year.

I am pretty sure that's mainly because both HR and H4 don't have a skill based ranking system ( I know H4 has a system coming up and we will have to wait and see).

 

True halo 3 had the best, the most fair, and balanced multiplayer. halo 4 well things just are not as good as halo 3 ever since after halo 3 and on to reach CoD has been beating halo so we need something like halo 3

HOW THE HECK IS GTA IV ABOVE REACH AND GOW3. I GET ON GTA TO BLOW STUFF UP AND THERES NEVER ANYONE ON. I SMELL B.S. OR IM THE ONLY GUY ON AND THAT MEANS NOBODY IS PLAYIN OTHER LIVE GAMES THAT ARE NEWER LIKE TRANSFORMERS FOC WHICH I HAVE. A F'N AWESOME GAME AND IT DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. HALO 4 KICKS ASS. The reason the game is doing bad is because the multiplayer is pretty much exactly Halo: Reach with a BR in it..

Sprint is and was a bad idea for the Halo..

 

They took more from Halo:reach and CoD then they did from Halo 3 is the problem here.

Halo is a game of map control and competetive-ness..Halo 4 has none..

It will continue to drop down as other games are released.

This is bull****. Black ops 2 got bad ratings, Halo 4 got skyrocketed at launch and even after that. Screw black ops. Who the hell would do something like this. We halo 4 players need to stand up and beat black ops 2.

Halo Reach was a bad game true but Halo 4 redeemed itself. Halo 4 was an excellent game. The armor abilities was stupid true but the story was great.

halo 4 campaign/story is good. but halo 4 did not redeem itself in the multiplayer department. I know people that heard "armor abilites" and didn't even buy 4. others gave it another try and were deeply disapointed, yet again, and quit playing. like I said halo 4 multiplayer = reach 2.

Battlefield should be higher up the list!

I think that Halo has definitely lost it's touch. There's only about 200k online each day.

Actually it the spawning isn't bad at all when you get used to it, i really hate it when people diss a game for not being like its older counterparts and then turn around and say its too much like the older ones. make up your mind, if you think halo 3 is better than go play halo 3, but don't call halo 4 a bad game just because its not exactly like halo 3. And as for the halo franchise, its doing just fine, sure halo 4 didn't meet all the expectations that people hoped for (neither did reach) but it reached all the important ones.

we won't be able to play halo 3 online forever because they will eventually shut down the servers, which i think that that is absolutely wrong so every true halo fan needs to play halo 3 while the servers are still up and not play halo 4 because those servers will be up a really long time.

I do miss the competitive-ness of Halo 3, but I do enjoy the updated graphics and the story of 4. As for the "armor abilities", i equip them; then promptly forget that I have them. We all know how armor lock worked out in Reach. Use, wait, throw, die... The sprint I don't mind, means I can get back to the front faster. Please for god sake, return the kill based matches, this point stuff sucks.

I play the heck out of HALO 4. Halo will always be the best game out there. So what it if you have to unlock guns and customize loadouts like "CoD", that doesn't mean Halo 4 is a CoD game. You have more freedom in Halo than you do in a CoD game. You can get the most fun and excitement in Halo than CoD (Fails of The Week proves my point).

 

I do play cod somewhat, but only when i play the game will one of my best friends. There are nothing but try hards and dumb kids on CoD. I don't have a problem with some kids, only the ones who want to act "cool". Other than that CoD is Fine. CoD and Halo deserve ( in all respect ) to be on the top of the most played games, but halo deserves to be on the top of all the games.

funny how all the casual players stil hate the level skill based ranking system, yet they don't see the benefits it brings with it. without it a game is as good as dead after a few weeks. Remake halo 2 imo.
