That would be AWSOME if the arbiter came back for halo 5 because the combination of master chief and the arbiter was bad ***!!!! But in reality I don't think that 343 would bring him back because they will use their own story line instead of building on the original story line. Plus adding on to the covenant civil war and the diadact and all the promethians and the covenant that follow the diadact I think that's a little to much and it would get to confusing
