No, I am not on drugs. There are flying Manta Rays in Halo 4. They are considered wildlife. Sorry I do not have a screen recorder, I just got Windows 8. Wow, I'm surprised the announcer even noticed it...when I watched the video I was staring straight at the gun.

That thing looks like a manta ray mated with a jellyfish. Glad to see weird and wacky ambient life is going to be on Requim.
Furthermore, I think Carthage should be destroyed.
