Feature question about halo 4

Does anyone know if there will be Halo 2 and halo reaches

"instant hit" for the bullets, or will it be like halo 3 where we have to

lead and aim your shots, And does anyone know if there will be the halo 2 halo reach ranking system

Or will it have halo 3s BS Ranking system?

From what I have seen, it looks like Reach's system will be implemented. Although a on the side skill variable might he there. And yeah lead your shots. Cept for snipers and what not.
