However, if you need support for the Halo Reach game due to lag or something, contact Microsoft support instead (you can find the number in most game booklets, if I recall). Because if it's anything like Halo 4, they didn't give Microsoft Support anything about it. I called Tech support on Halo 4's system link, and they don't know crap about Halo 4, they couldn't even tell me where system link was in the game at, after 30 minutes of being on the phone, I finally found it.
