Maybe something along the lines of Call of Duty's symbol creator. Where you have multiple layers of emblems and can place them any where/way you want with any color.

 

I wouldn't mind if Halo adopted that, but in my opinion they shouldn't think about adopting anything else.

I don't get it? The forge pieces are too big, you can fit inside a small block. So no, please keep the armoury, just make it so it's atleast 200 or more pieces, and you can use more colors. Also make it so you can wear a backpack like Jorge (It's replaced with the Jetpack if you use that ability).
