halo 4 suggstion help

where do i submit ideas for halo 4? to 343 industries or the microsoft corporation? i have some rad ideas that i think all of you would like to get if you preorder the halo 4 game.

 

I also have some sweet ideas for say a legendary or mythic box like reach had with some even cooler contents.

 

so please help. Who do i submit product idea help to thorough a email. microsoft co or 343 industries.
