dmcturnan Posted November 20, 2011 Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 I put in the fresh game and played for a few hours. I went to the store for some refreshments. While I was gone, a friend of mine that was still there started looking at the options. He enabled the 3d mode and now all I get is a blue screen. Does anyone have any idea how to turn this off. I have tried deleting my gamertag and re-downloading it, formatting my HDD, the only thing I can do is play on a different gamertag. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Tommy Posted November 20, 2011 Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 Hmm, it should know whether or not you have a 3D TV because I can't even turn it on. Best thing I could think of is trying to start the campaign blind and saying to your Kinect "Deactivate 3D" If you don't have a Kinect the best advice I can give you is either try to remember the pathway to get to the 3D option OR call 1-800-4-MYXBOX.
