HELP unknown error on the achievements of halo

Hello greetings from Argentina, I bought one with the downloadable Xbox game Halo the collection of master chief 2 weeks .And have a problem that is not being able to see the achievements that unlock achievements since the implementation of, this only happens with me halo and then call for service and they sugerieron me that eliminated the profile of the console and re-download or delete the game and download it again, I did everything but I get the same error that says the following:

This error code is displayed, you look at the Xbox support and not listed, it does not exist. Then call technical support of mexico Xbox and then they told me the problem was not only Xbox game company which is 343 industries.
I did everything so please help me with this problem that bothers me and not let me properly use the Xbox. I also let them know I'm a big fan of Halo since leaving halo combat evolved and tube to buy an Xbox to play all halos and then sold everything to buy the xbox one to only play halo the collection of Master Chief and the big game I look forward to Halo five guardians, Greetings to all and expect an answer to help me because I struggled to get the xbox and halo hope whatever it was many years ago!

This has happened to a lot of people, unfortunately there isn't any one way to fix this problem. Many people are trying different ways to fix it and are coming up with different solutions that work for some but not all.

 

Some suggestions are to delete the game completely off the xbox so you have a fresh download so that it may be fixed. This works sometimes but not for everyone.
