Matchmaking problem need help

So for the 14th game in a row (literally 14 games) ive had issues loading where i join the game halfway through. Is this the game (i downloaded it no disc) im doubting its the internet my NAT is always open no packet loss ive tried directly connecting to the modem and elimating the router to no success ive become beyond furious with how broken this system is someone pleaseeeee help i just want an answer

If this is 14th, you've gave the console a lot of chances. I suggest taking it to a retailer who can have it or send it to be fixed or at least find out the problem. That's your best chance at getting at least somewhere.
