MCC CD game does not load.

I had a customer who was having an issue with his CD game Halo: Master Chief Collection as it does not load. I was able to confirm that most of his CD games did work but not this one. We ended up asking him to contact 343 Industries via https://www.halowaypoint.comas I sent him a follow-up email where he can reply back to me the result of his contact with the said company. His case took a week as I asked him to try a friend's CD game and check if he'll experience the same issue which he did not. We then concluded that there's a possibility that his CD game is corrupted at some point. I am now here in this community to confirm if our, me and the customer's, conclusion is true.

Yes. It is highly likely the game is bad. Not to worry though, every now and then a few games end up having that problem with their copies.

 

The best thing to do is, as a retailer, see if you can contact your supplier for a trade in copy and to see if you are able to as you have a faulty copy.

 

If not, there are more suggestions other members would be able to give you.
