Maestro Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 Are you playing MCC or Halo CEA on Xbox 360? If you're playing MCC, it is most likely a server glitch which resulted in your progress not being saved. As we have heard for the past three or so weeks, MCC is full of glitches, and 343 is working around the clock to fix them. While this may be an inconvenience, your 7 levels that you lost are replaceable, and you can always work your way back up to where you were by devoting some extra time into multiplayer.
