anyone having movement problems

I have a movement problems in every campaign and online. when I walk or try sprint it stutters. has anyone else had this happen to them. should I uninstall and reinstall? will I keep my progress?

Last night, in custom games on Halo 4's Ragnarok, my wife while playing encountered something like this. As she was going through that side cave near the pelican as she was walking through the game because to stutter and shake uncontrollably but the rest of us (it was 4 player split screen) did not have this issue. Once someone killed her, it reset, then she tried it again and this time she was hung up in a dieing stance.

yeah pretty close to that

and it happens every game. campaigns, matchmaking, online, or offline. I think im going to uninstall and reinstall. I just hope I still have all my stuff ive unlocked or done so far. skulls, dolls, and blast sodas

found the problem. it wasn't the game it was my controller. it doesn't like moving forward but if I strafe to the side a little it works just fine. damn Microsoft, not even that long and stuff starts crapping out.
