shabs Posted May 17, 2014 Report Share Posted May 17, 2014 I received Halo 4 as a gift but have never been. able to play campaign (intro movies just loops). Similar issue if I install the game (after intro movies load screen freezes). The disc is undamaged. I spoke to Microsoft they offered a replacement for $20, but I don't see why I should pay for a product that wasn't fit for sale. As it's a gift I can't return it to the store either. Are 343 offering replacements, I've been reading other people have had the same or similar issues. My disc was brand new still shrink wrapped. Sikslik7 Posted May 17, 2014 Report Share Posted May 17, 2014 If you live in the US or Canada: Go to Target, go to guest service and do an exchange, say you got it recently as a gift from a friend across the country, and do not know which store they got it from. Darman Posted May 19, 2014 Report Share Posted May 19, 2014 I had this problem for quit some time, oddly it only happened after I connected to Xbox Live. (I din't have any internet access for my 360 for a while) I finally resolved the issue by getting a new hard drive. (Mine's first gen).
