Most likely because this game is rather old and not as played as much as Reach is, So I doubt Halo 3 is a priority over Reach or their production of Halo 4. Becouse Bungie want to be special and they wont give flaming becouse then its not cool anymore and i know halo3 going old but i still play it becouse its the best halo game that bungie have done. What i want is a double exp playlist called : The Last Days. And if you get 200 Exp in 3days on that playlist you got Flaming Helmet! OR you could have the playlist untill halo3 is down , but then you need 500 Exp for the flaming helm.
