halo2days Posted April 16, 2013 Report Share Posted April 16, 2013 Soo I hear more rumors of a halo 2 remake..343 please just leave the game alone nobody wants a remake of halo 2 we and by we I mean the halo veterns want halo 2 back the same way it was and if you guys cant do that please just leave the title alone cause I can tell you what we do not want to see and thats sprint in halo 2 armour abilitys in halo 2 and more important a new engine that makes things like super bounce tank jump bxb and bxr Impossible.. When a dev makes a remake of an old game, just they update the game (ie. fix bugs, update graphics to the modern era). They won't change the game with something like sprint, because then it wouldn't be a remake. Just like Halo Combat Evolved: Aniiversary. They only updated the game, and added multiplayer maps/CE playlist to Reach. They kept in loading 'glitches' like the momentary freeze when saving a checkpoint. Because they were using the same script from the original game. Frank O'Connor stated in a Game Informer interview that a remake of Halo 2 is something that 343 Industries "has to take seriously" and is "looking at."
