If you pre-ordered it from a guy who posted this image as a preview or an example....well, firstly, is he selling it? Because the image shows a real well made dual cosplay, probably for father and son. You can probably buy both from that guy if he's offering it, or, if you can't, buy similar outfits from others. Finally, to create yourself, you can just find places that create these things.
