For storing your maps, you need an Xbox hard drive. No way around it except for a flash drive or external hard drive, which only saves up to a GB or something, max, because of an Xbox limitation. For getting stuff like pictures and videos of your map you need to save them to your file share and download them to your computer, or use a capture card to save footage from your Xbox to your computer.
