In halo 4, why can't I play reclaimer? Do I have to download something, because it says I don't have the downlodable content.

When I finish the level before it goes to the start screen. When I try to do it manually it just says I don't have the downloadable content. Am I really going to buy it or is there something wrong with my disc.
