Halo 4 Specializations - LEVEL 70 HELP!

I only have Wetwork and Operator. My brother has access to pretty much every single one (from what I'm told). Is it true that I'll get stuck at level 70? Or is it just that I only get to choose from those two, then the rest become available afterwords? Any response would be greatly appreciated as I'm almost level 70 now... Thanks.

They come out soon, end of January I believe will be a Title Update which gives ALL players ALL specialisations. Which allows to rank to the max SR-130
