Problems loading mission 4 "Infinity"

I can't load up the fourth mission for some strange reason, every single time I try to load it, it restarts the campaign. I've tried playing the campaign again and it still doesn't work. Can someone please help me?

are you playing off of the disc? or have you installed to hard drive?

 

if playing off of disc, install it to hard drive, if it installs properly then the disc is fine

if playing off of hard drive, delete game and reinstall
