Specialization Code

i still have yet to recieve my specialization code. I know i am eligable; i am 17, live in the US, and have been playing sinse the day it came out. Why didn't i get this code yet? This is rediculous. I went everywhere looking for answers and after contacting xbox support, i was directed here to post my issue. Someone please help me with this. There must be a prblem with my email, so can i plase just be sent a code via xbox messagner to my gamertag: Clawgrip

To start it off, by the way you typed, it doesn't seem like you are 17.

 

To solve this solution, you could check your spam folder. Also check the email currently linked to your xbox account and the email you first linked to your xbox account.
