I've played halo since combat evolved I'm the max waypoint rank and I'm missing about 5 achievements across all of the games I don't think specialisations should have to be unlocked separately especially if they give a advantage to Americans over everyone else. Allready have Double exp codes I just think all consumers should be treated equally we all paid good money for halo 4 and to be fair if they did realease them they Wouldnt be getting all of this hassle involving the codes not being sent to people.
