Team Doubles Playlist? and Instant Respawn

when can we expect a team doubles play list to be implemented, and will we ever be able to turn off instant respawn in custom games? i dont think instant respawn works competitively for mlg in slayer, king of the hill or odd ball.

I'm not exactly sure when or if 343 is gonna add a team doubles playlist. Maybe when we're shown our true skill rank then they'll implement it but, no one could tell you for sure. I'm hoping they add it. Was my favorite playlist in both Halo 3 and Reach.
