Fotus armour dlc

On release day I bought the limited edition console and also the limited edition game, on opening all the console I was sat there hoping to see my fotus armour and other items dlc code' however it was nowhere in the box, I'm pretty upset that I've bought the console and can't receive the special dlc ;(

 

Is there anything I can do? I have receipts and proof I bought it etc

Same thing happened to me. I haven't found a way to get my codes. But if I do ill post here.
