Xeaix Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 I preordered Halo 4, and I got the bonus code for the armor. When I tried to enter it in, it didn't work at all. It just said invalid code and told me to try again. I went back to the place where I preordered it, and they said there was nothing I can do. I'm quite upset and I just want my pre order bonus. organix Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 I'd probably talk to a manager at that place... then they may have to work it out with Microsoft. Or you can call up xbox live support? If it is truly an invalid code, I don't see why someone couldn't fix it. If someone used your code, then that is something you'd have to take up with the store. emerica6708 Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Call Xbox support maybe, I got a couple 1 month XBL cards from Walmart that didn't work, I called them and got new codes.
