I tried talking to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do then sent me on my way.

Having the same problem. It's really annoying.

I preordered Halo 4, and I got the bonus code for the armor. When I tried to enter it in, it didn't work at all. It just said invalid code and told me to try again. I went back to the place where I preordered it, and they said there was nothing I can do. I'm quite upset and I just want my pre order bonus.
