  1. First I'd like to tell people about my Halo experience and back ground. I started playing Halo when I was 11 back on November 15th 2001. Since then I've been a dedicated fan, I didn't have an internet connection back then so I repeatedly played the campaign over and over again due to the captivation the game had over my young spongie mind. From then on I pre-ordered all the games, I read The Fall of Reach right when it came out. I'm 23 now, I've been playing Halo for 13 years now. From my experience I would like to point out the faults and what is missing that would, if added to the game, would simply compliment the franchise, and add more intensity and depth into the Halo Universe. We need to get the United Rebel Front in the action. Yes Forward Unto Dawn made it look like they sided with the UNSC when the covenant was discovered, but it seems as though the grudge between these two factions are too great. The tactics the United Rebel Front use are of gorilla warfare origins. They are the scavengers of the intergalactic age. To me the URF would lay low in a situation like this, they would let the UNSC take the major blow while they regroup, re-prioritize, and reconsider their tactics. What I would like to see in the following Halo games is a re-equipped and a very well reinforced UFR with Human/Covenant hybrid weapons, ships, shield and armor systems. It's a little odd that at this point of the franchise the UNSC hasn't done any of that yet, knowing human nature, whenever we discover a new type of metal or anything along those lines we make sure to integrate it into our system in anyway we can. I would like to see a human/alien hybrid weapon that shoots plasma/lead rounds, maybe the tip of the bullet has a plasma capsule built into it so it acts like a hollow round but the plasma allows it to go through any armor system like a hot knife through butter, and the remainder of the lead bullet mimics the hollow round and fragments when its going through the designated target. This is a whole entire new can of worms, and it only is another aspect of the game that will provide more to discover, understand, and kill. The best feature this game has to provide are the number of factions that are involved in the game, the UNSC vs. The Covenant, The Flood, The Promethians, The Sentinels (or the machines), and then the UFR would be the icing on the cake. I also like the Brute rebellion that just adds another faction, and the way Halo 4 turned out, it looks like they aren't apart of the covenant anymore. I love all the games, the anniversary edition was cool, the way I saw it though, you should've just carried everything over from Halo:Reach to the anniversary edition, since it was a prequel that had more technology then all the other games, it would've been more logical to add the graphics, weapons and technology into that game, so then when the anniversary edition for Halo 2 on the Xbox one came out, you wouldn't have to hold anything back. Another aspect of the game where I would love to see improvements, is the gore, you guys really toned it down for Halo 4, I was rather disappointed, even more so due to the fact of how bloody you made the anniversary edition, remember your target audience, they are people 18 years and older, they aren't Soccer Mommies who enviously buy Halo for their begging, annoying, 13 year old kids, they aren't your real fans, people like me are, and saying that, please add decapitations, when I shoot something in the head with a sniper rifle that most likely has a caliber greater then .50, I want that head gone, and if I have to go for the 2 shots to the body to get a kill, I want to see big holes where I landed those hits, and when I use an 8 Gauge shotgun on someone at point blank range I want to see armor fragments, blood, skin, body pieces go all over the place like the confetti that you have for the grunt birthday party skull, show different insert and exit wound types for the different type of weapons, so when you run by some dead bodies you can tell what weapon they got killed by. For example when I run by some dead bodies I want to think, wow that guy got shot up by the MA5B really good, or WHOAH that guy definitely got lit up by dual wielding sub machine guns, or OK I better be careful around the corners because these guys look like they got shot up by a shotgun, OR I better watch out for the sniper that took that guys head off. OR I better look out for a swordsman because 70% of that guys torso is decapitated, AND WOW there's just a crater with blood and body parts all over the place I better look out for the guy with the Rocket Launcher. Maybe play Soldier of Fortune, and Turok Seed of Evil to get some inspiration. If you did this people wouldn't play call of duty anymore. Now I put a lot on the plate, so please, a little feedback would be awesome. With Complete Devotion, Jake Beckman (Sphealix)
