The Fleet of Omnipotent Council is a Sangheili clan on Halo: Reach (Xbox 360 based, but One players are welcomed as well). We're a small, newly developed clan looking for serious members. Our Empress is a former ultra from the Fleet of Intent, a large clan that unfortunately fell due to rebellious leaders and a general revolt. The Empress wishes to form a new clan following similar rules and guidelines to her old clan. Though we may be small now, we hope to grow and prosper quickly as fresh members come in. The Fleet welcomes all, inexperienced or seasoned. Our current priorities include members interested in the position of council member, ranger class, and spec ops class.
