Coulter Lane Smith

I have reached level 37 on Halo 5 and have unlocked the DMR twice in the gold Req Pack first by having 10000 points in opening a gold pack and it disappeared but everything else that I unlocked in the gold packs stayed so I rebooted my xbox and reset everything and went back in and bought another pack for $3 and it also gave me another DMR which also disappeared but everything else stayed as last time. I have contacted Xbox and Microsoft and ive been sent here to the forum. I would hope that I could receive some help. Ive spent over 80$ trying to get a DMR.
