Thank for your response, no optimism whatsoever

my fiancee bought me the 1tb xbox one july-2015 that came with the masterchief collection and i didnt decide to use until today, the problem is after i moved i cannot seem to find it anywhere and i wantto know if i can get it replaced some how, i called microsoft and they told me to come to you guys for help since its not their department... if this is something that can be done please help me out
