    I've found that mostly Time Warner Cable customers are having this issue, but there are exceptions. I was over at a friends house and he has the exact same set-up as me, with one exception: He had purchased his own modem, and he was having no issues. So that leads me to wonder if it's not the ISP but the common technology they use? Does anyone else, that is running into this issue, have an ARRIS Modem? More specifically, what model, if you do?
