    Hi Star300, I've started having the same audio issue you are having, it started about 2 weeks ago, when playing Halo 4, after resuming a paused game, all sound is gone, I have tried uninstalling MCC, restarting my Xbox One, then reinstalling MCC, but the issue is still there.
