Hello 343 folks. The Microsoft Xbox Live Support chat staff said I should contact you regarding the fact that my 1 month Live disaapeared before I could apply it to my gamertag. They say you know of this issue and have a fix, which you can do for me on 02/28/15... so thanks so much if that is true! I also have a MS reference number if needed. Keith
