A "few" mega servers with: At least 30-40 players / 15-20 per team, 1 or 2 large vehicles 5. Basic weapon modifications (attachments) 1-3 per weapon. Ex: DMR "Larger Mag" "Thermal / Target Finder" 6. Add Forerunner vehicles.
