Finally got the Guerilla achievement by going to the trouble of getting the Thunderstorm skull, then using it to boost my score. It did nothing to the difficulty since my tactics make the enemy's rank irrelevant unless they're a Chieftain. Though the Iron skull taught me a lesson on how to almost never die. I might use the Iron skull on a Reach playthrough some time, as a skill-training run.
