It's weird because I've never had this issue before and it doesn't seem to be happening in COD or BF3. I'd much rather be playing Halo, but it's very annoying. Basically I get spawned in for free kills for someone for 3-4 minutes

For some reason, recently every match that loads takes about 4 minutes from the time the load symbol starts spinning. By the time I get in I can tell that it's only on my end, everyone else has been playing the whole time. It doesn't matter if I back out and find another match, reset my router / modem, or completely turn everything off. Very frustrating. The new maps seem pretty cool and it would be nice to have a slight chance at them. All seemed to start after getting the Majestic pack, but I have the same issue on the old maps now too. Help!
