I have taken preliminary steps of action including uninstalling and reinstalling the product, yet my attempts remain frustrated for reasons beyond my understanding, and have left me in a state of extreme dissatisfaction. It is therefore my my pronunciation that 'Halo 4' requires immediate attention from '343 Industries', and that the venerable 'Halo 2' is vastly superior.
