New Weapons Vehicles and Armour abilities should be in it

My vehicle ideas are to implement the Hawk from HW as well as a few other vehicles from HW, such as the Wolverine and others. Armor abilities, I'm a little skeptical about. But if they do put in the abilities, they should get creative but still remain realistic.
