Shawn Wonder Plus Price

Dear, 343 industries/people on this site... I bought the standard copy of halo 4 the day it came out. However I can only unlock 2 specializations (I already have done so). It says that if you play before the 20th of November you're able to have all specializations. I know that we're supposed to receive a confirmation email on this, however I have not received one stating the code for this, and that is my problem. How do I go about getting such a code?
