Hello there im from the united states as well and have not received any email or no code since i got halo 4 im stuck at rank70. Can you plz re-send me the code [email protected] or Til Death Comes! If this is not done soon, I will be selling Halo 4 and moving on to COD. I am not happy with this!!!
