    Stuck at SR70

    Okay, yes this is another thread about specializations but my friend bought the game after the 20th of November and he hit SR70 and has still playing the game strong because of his love for the game but he is really tired of earning xp for no reason at all. So, does anyone have any clue on what day or time frame the specializations will be released to everyone!?!? And does anyone know if 343 is keeping a bank of your earned xp until the release of the rest of the specializations? Thank you!
